Most of the work NextStep Bath Solutions does is one room and one problem. A tub that has become too high to step over. A toilet that is too low to rise from. A front step that has turned into a barrier. These are not full renovations, and they do not need to be treated like one.
Each service below solves a specific problem, and most are finished in one or two days. You do not have to know which one you need before you call. Paul comes out, looks at the actual bathroom, and tells you what will help.

The original alcove tub comes out and a low-entry walk-in shower goes in. Solid base, three-piece acrylic or solid-surface wall system, built-in seat, grab bars, and a handheld showerhead. The step-over is gone for good.

A comfort-height toilet sits two to three inches taller than a standard model and installs on the existing plumbing. For anyone with knee or hip trouble, the sit-to-stand transition gets noticeably safer. Pairs naturally with a toilet-area grab bar.

Tile floors, acrylic and solid-surface wall systems, vanities, fixtures, lighting, and the accessibility features built in from the start rather than added later.
The same rule applies here as everywhere else. Paul prepares the bid personally, tells you what the room actually needs, and does not pad the scope. If the honest answer is that a conversion and two grab bars would serve you better than a remodel, that is the answer you will get.

Both. Most jobs are single-room safety modifications, which is where NextStep Bath Solutions started and where the specialty is. Full bathroom remodels are also available, covering tile floors, acrylic and solid-surface wall systems, vanities, fixtures, and lighting, with the accessibility features designed in from the beginning. Paul will tell you which one your situation actually calls for.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. A single grab bar is a real service call and gets treated like one. The larger bath companies are not built for a job that small, which is exactly why so many families cannot get one of them to return a call about it. If one bar by the toilet is what would make the difference, that is a job worth doing.
How long will the work take, and how disruptive is it?
A grab bar or an ADA toilet is usually a matter of hours. A step-in tub conversion is a single day. A tub-to-shower conversion runs one to two days. Only a full remodel takes longer than that. For most of this work, the bathroom is back in service the same week, which matters when it is the only full bath in the house.
What do these projects cost?
It depends on the scope, but you will get a written price after the in-home visit and it will not change on you afterward.
